Valcourt, Quebec & North Salt Lake, Utah – February 14, 2025 – BRP Inc. and Tread Lightly! have teamed up to launch the Responsible Rider Masterclass, a free online training series designed to educate riders on responsible and safe practices while enjoying their powersports adventures. Whether you ride off-road, on-road, on snow, or water, this program empowers the global powersports community to respect the environment, prioritize safety, and maintain access to recreational areas for future generations.

What is the Responsible Rider Masterclass?

The Responsible Rider Masterclass is a comprehensive training series that covers the key aspects of ethical and safe riding. It is based on the three core pillars of BRP’s Responsible Rider program:
✅ Riding Etiquette – Learning how to share the trails responsibly.
✅ Environmental Stewardship – Minimizing your impact to keep trails and public lands open.
✅ Safety Awareness – Using proper gear, following regulations, and riding within your limits.

The first module, Snow 101, is now available at responsiblerider.com. It provides critical education for snowmobilers. Future courses will include off-road, on-road, and water-based recreation, ensuring that every type of rider can benefit from expert guidance. The courses will be available in English, French, and Spanish, making them accessible to riders worldwide.

To make the learning experience more engaging, the Masterclass features powersports ambassadors, interactive lessons, and real-world riding scenarios.
