Why Hay Days still rules

Part mega swap meet, part world-class grass drags, part freestyle show—and now a must-see mud showdown with the Southern Bounty Series (SBS). Expect packed fences, nonstop engines, and miles of vendor rows. Grab the official app to build your schedule and find your way around the grounds.

The Hay Days Southern Bounty Series: What to watch

SBS brings timed “bounty hole” racing where each driver has up to five minutes to conquer the pit; if you don’t make it, distance decides. Classes group by tire size—from Small Tire (≤35.5”) up to Unlimited—so you’ll see everything from nimble UTVs to monster-spec builds. Scoring is by fastest clean pass, then by distance for DNFs. Translation: it’s full-commitment driving.

Fan-favorite moments

  • Unlimited & Big-Tire UTV classes: towering rubber + deep ruts = camera-melting roost.
  • Late-session passes: the holes are chewed up—drivers either thread the needle or bury it to the frame.

Where SXS Nation is planting the cameras

We’ll be on-site both days capturing:

  • Bounty-hole launches (front-row angles + slow-mo roost)
  • Recovery chaos (winches, straps, and crowd-pumping saves)
  • Driver pit walk-throughs (tire, clutch, and gearing talk)
  • Rapid-fire reels every few hours + nightly recaps

Follow along on our socials for reels and live hits throughout the weekend.

Planning your trip to Hay Days Southern Bounty Series

  • Tickets: Buy in advance to save (BOGO Saturday→Sunday). Premium Experience packages are available for upgraded viewing and amenities.
  • Location: Use the Oriole Ave address for GPS; check the official directions page for preferred routes.
  • Schedule: Hay Days runs multiple attractions all day; confirm exact times in the official app/website before you roll.
  • SBS stop & payout buzz: Watch the SBS channels for heat times, class maps, and payout details for the Hay Days stop.

Pro tips

  • Footwear & rain layer: the bounty area is a mud spa—dress accordingly.
  • Ear/eye protection: drags + mud = noise and flying crud.
  • Battery packs + data: reels don’t post themselves.
  • Map your day: vendor row, swap, drags/freestyle, then SBS finals to close.

How SBS scoring works (quick refresher)

  1. Fastest clean run through the timing eye wins the class.
  2. If time expires or you bog out, distance traveled settles placement among DNFs.

What we want from YOU

Tell us what to chase: Unlimited-tire launches? Worst stucks? Wildest builds? Drop it in the comments and we’ll aim lenses accordingly.

If you can only catch one window…

Saturday afternoon typically delivers chopped-up ruts and maximum carnage. Pair it with a pit walk for builds you’ll argue about all winter.
