Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown Brings a Full Day of Off-Road Action to Custer, Michigan

The off-road community is getting ready to send it for a cause.

On Saturday, June 6, 2026, the Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown is taking over Whiskey Creek Campground in Custer, Michigan, bringing together side-by-sides, ATVs, dirt bikes, families, vendors, giveaways, live music, food, and a whole lot of off-road energy — all while helping support the fight against Multiple Sclerosis.

This is not just another ride day. It is a full-blown off-road community event built around fun, family, machines, mud, music, and giving back.

After drawing roughly 330 attendees in 2025 with the fun run alone, the 2026 event is raising the bar with the addition of a new obstacle course, more vendors, more excitement, and even more reasons for riders and spectators to make the trip to Whiskey Creek.

A Full Saturday of Off-Road Fun

The Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown is designed to give riders and families a full Saturday of action at one of Michigan’s favorite off-road destinations.

Registration will be available Friday evening from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and again Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

The fun run will take place on Saturday, with no specific mass-start time currently planned. That gives riders some flexibility to get checked in, meet up with friends, and enjoy the ride at their own pace.

The new obstacle course is expected to kick off around 10:00 AM, bringing a fresh level of excitement to the event. Riders can expect mud, obstacles, and a true “send-it” atmosphere built for the machines and the people who love them.

Kids’ activities are also planned for Saturday, with exact times still to be announced.

And when the daytime riding action slows down, the fun does not stop. Live music is planned for Saturday night, giving everyone a chance to relax, hang out, and enjoy the campground atmosphere after a full day of off-road fun.

Food and alcohol will also be available at the Whiskey Creek General Store, making it easy for riders, spectators, families, and campers to spend the day — and evening — right at Whiskey Creek. Alcohol sales are for guests 21 and older.

Giveaways are scheduled to begin around 6:00 PM Saturday, adding even more excitement to the evening.

New Obstacle Course Adds More Action

One of the biggest additions for 2026 is the Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown obstacle course.

The obstacle course is open to side-by-sides, ATVs, and dirt bikes, with participants required to be 16 years or older. Helmets must be worn by all obstacle course participants.

This new course is expected to bring a fun mix of mud, obstacles, and driver skill into the spotlight. Whether you are out there to test your machine, challenge yourself, or just put on a show for the crowd, the obstacle course is shaping up to be one of the main highlights of the day.

And let’s be honest — half the fun is watching your buddies decide whether they are really ready to send it.

Event Cost and Registration

The event is set up to make it easy for riders and spectators to get involved.

Entry pricing is:

  • $25 for a single entry
  • $40 for both the obstacle course and fun run
  • $10 for spectators

Registration is required for event participation.

All event participation fees are cash only. This helps keep processing costs down, so more of the money raised can go directly back toward supporting Multiple Sclerosis.

Proceeds from the Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown will help support Multiple Sclerosis, giving riders a chance to enjoy a great day of off-road fun while contributing to a cause that matters.

Stick Around Saturday Night

The Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown is not just about the daytime action.

After the fun run, obstacle course, kids’ activities, vendors, and giveaways, Saturday night will keep the energy going with live music at Whiskey Creek.

Food and alcohol will be available through the Whiskey Creek General Store, so attendees can make a full day and night out of the event. Whether you are camping for the weekend, hanging out with your riding crew, or bringing the family out for the day, Saturday night is shaping up to be a great way to close out the event.

It is the kind of event where people can ride during the day, cheer on the obstacle course, grab something to eat, enjoy the giveaways, and then settle in for live music with the off-road community.

More Than Machines

The Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown is about more than who has the biggest tires, the loudest exhaust, or the most mud on their roof by the end of the day.

It is about community.

It is about families coming together. It is about riders supporting riders. It is about local businesses, vendors, sponsors, and off-road enthusiasts showing up for something bigger than themselves.

Events like this are what make the side-by-side and ATV community special. You can come to ride, come to watch, bring the kids, check out the vendors, enter the giveaways, support the cause, enjoy the music, and spend the day around people who understand the off-road lifestyle.

Sponsors and Supporters

Events like this do not happen without people and businesses stepping up to help make them possible.

The Whiskey Creek Send-It Showdown is supported by a growing list of sponsors and partners, including:

Ball Equipment, MotoAlliance, Starting Line Products, QuickTrick, Lasered by MIMI, Whiskey Creek, ABK Creative Ventures, SXS Nation, and Third Coast Off-Road.

Their support helps make this event bigger, better, and more impactful for the riders, families, and MS fundraising efforts connected to the event.
