Installation of a Trinity Stage 5 Exhaust System for Improved Performance and Sound

A look at the installation of a Trinity stage 5 exhaust on my RZR Pro XP.

Here is a video of my experience installing the Trinity stage 5 exhaust on my 2020 Polaris RZR XP Pro Ultimate. This machine has about 4,000 miles on it. This is a real-life install that was not done on a new machine.

Overall the installation was not bad. It took about 3 hours of work from start to finish. The machine sounds excellent and, at an idle, is only a little louder than stock. It will be interesting to see how it sounds out on the trail. Overall, I’m pleased with the installation and the fit and finish of the system. My only complaint would be the instructions could be a little better.
