RANGERs to the Rescue: Polaris Delivers Big for Hurricane Helene Relief Efforts!

In response to the devastation caused by Hurricane Helene, Polaris hurricane relief efforts demonstrated their commitment to supporting communities in need. As part of these efforts, Polaris RANGER XD 1500 donation vehicles to assist the Salvation Army’s Rescue and Relief Fleet. These specialized vehicles, along with additional supplies, are being used to help recovery operations in remote and affected areas across several southern states.

As part of their ongoing partnership with the Salvation Army’s Rescue and Relief Fleet, Polaris RANGER XD 1500 donation expanded the fleet, aiding efforts in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. These off-road vehicles are invaluable for accessing hard-to-reach areas, where crews often deliver essential items such as equipment, medical supplies, and meals to survivors and volunteers.

Polaris hurricane relief efforts didn’t stop with vehicles. The company also delivered over 200 generators, 200 quarts of oil, and additional supplies to North Carolina, focusing on supporting fire stations and rural mountain communities still facing power outages. The relief efforts are further strengthened through collaboration with partners like SpaceX, NASCAR driver Greg Biffle, and local dealer Interstate Cycle in Mooresville, NC.

Local Polaris dealers are playing a significant role in the relief efforts as well. Employees of Sloan’s Motorcycle-ATV in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, are leading donation drives, collecting money, food, and water to assist those in need. They are joining forces with others to assemble a convoy of over 230 vehicles, heading to Gerton, North Carolina, to help clear debris, deliver supplies, and offer rescue assistance.

Polaris also empowers its employees to get involved through its Polaris Gives program, which matches employee donations to amplify their impact. This platform allows the Polaris team to contribute directly to disaster relief, doubling the difference they make in their communities.
